The saga continues. The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has announced it will seek a judicial review to overturn the Video Appeals Committee's decision to lift a ban on Rockstar Games' Manhunt 2 (CLICK). BBFC states that VAC's decision was based on an incorrect interpretation of the Video Recordings Act and, if allowed to stand, would have "fundamental implications with regard to all the Board's decisions, including those turning upon questions of unacceptable levels of violence."
